We all know by now, that most fast foods are very unhealthy foods contributing to belly fat  and are an extreme danger to our health. Their foods as mentioned before are saturated with saturated and trans fat, refined products and have little or no nutritional value. Eating them is definitely not how to get skinny.

The restaurants are seldom empty.  Regular eating at fast food restaurants is definitely not how to reduce weight and be healthy.
